Let us hold hands of the children in need

Have you ever imagined how a child survives with an empty stomach? this is the fact that more than half of the children are malnourished in sundarban, thus more prone to diseases and resulting in poor academic performance. And the crisis is multiplied when the child is an orphan or loses any one of her / his parents at an early age. In addition to that, dire poverty urged them to be frequenter in core forest area, even taking dangerous risks to their lives resulting in man animal conflict. Finally the number of tiger victim families has increased a lot since the lockdown. The children who belong to the tiger victim family suffer most from all kinds of deprivation.

At Aranyaj Society we work tirelessly to ensure that such children continue their education instead of working or getting married at an early age so that they have a chance at a better future. We are now ensuring that children are getting sufficient nutritional support, they are able to go to school and help them to reduce the ‘DIGITAL DIVIDE’ and ‘LEARNING GAP’ they faced during lockdown. We are looking at  your contribution.

All it needs is for each one of us to come together and do everything in our power to contribute to  Create a greater and positive impact in the lives of children.
